To eat like Gal Gadot is actually very attainable. She feels very strongly about wanting to “experience food” and not restricting anything form her diet. She focusses on portion sizing and the quality of her food, ensuring she has a high proportion of unprocessed, unrefined foods in their natural state, very similar to the Amazonian ways of her alter-ego, Princess Diana of Themyscira.
Wonder Diet Breakfast
Gadot starts the day with a protein rich breakfast, usually eggs, with fresh fruit, flat bread and coffee. This is a simple breakfast that is very easy to recreate. She is also a fan of the green smoothie. In an recent interview , she said:

And we should listen to Wonder Woman instead of reaching for that packet of crisps. Treats and Indulgences
We don’t need to use the lasso of truth on Gal, when it comes to telling the truth on her indulgences. Gal admits to spoiling herself to cheeseburgers, chocolate and ice cream.
” I eat cheeseburgers. Its good for the soul. I don’t restrict myself; I can eat everything. Its all about measurements and the quantity of foods.”
– Gal Gadot, 2017

Can we eat like Gal Gadot?
Of course we can. Gal Gadot does succeed against good odds, in creating a sustainable wonder diet of eating a balance of fresh fruits, greens, lean proteins, gallons of water. At the same time, she still indulges in her treats, like all of us. Every bit the Amazonian Warrior Princess, Gal, leaps into setting an example of healthy eating in her own superhero way. If the wonder woman movie inspires little girls to ditch their Disney Princess obsession for a stronger more physical female role, then Gal Gadot can inspire all of us to be just as unstoppable and spectacular in our quest to make a permanent change to our eating. We too can be warriors of our own health and it doesn’t take a super human effort.
