Lesson 8.4: This Week’s Focus

This week’s focus:

  1. When you wake up in the morning each day, look in the mirror and say something positive about your appearance and your personality.
  2.  Look around you at work. Are the most successful and happiest people the thinnest?
  3.  Ensure that all meals are planned this week.
  4.  Do one activity you have avoided because of your shape or size


Build on previous modules tasks.

5. Go for a lunchtime walk with a supportive work colleague this week

6. Ensure that for work drinks or end of week drinks, you have no more than 2 drinks. You can still have a good time and relax without drinking.
