This week’s focus:
1. Really ensure you eat at your set place this week. Do not eat in front of the TV and make sure you taste and enjoy your food slowly.
2. Take a walk every lunchbreak this week
3. Reward yourself with a non food treat from the list after you achieve a goal this week
Build on the previous modules and ensure you are regularly doing these things:
4. Adding incidental exercise on a daily basis into your day
5. Watching your portion sizing and waiting 10 minutes between getting seconds
6. Meet with a supportive friend and do a non-food activity
