Lesson 4.2: What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)?

CBT stands for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy . It is an effective therapy (T) for managing weight and over eating as it is an approach that that makes us have a look at how we behave (B) and the way we think about ourselves and others. It helps us identify alternative cognitions (C)  and actions that could be more useful to us.
