Dr Chong is a consultant psychiatrist at Epworth Healthcare, St Vincent’s Health and Melbourne Health.  He is also a Research Fellow at The University of Melbourne.  He completed his Medical (2000) and Master of Psychiatry (2006) degrees at The University of Melbourne and attained Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (2009) and subspecialty certification in Psychiatry of Old Age (2013).
