Sticky Pork Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups brown rice, cooked
- 1 bunch spring onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 250 gms snow peas
- 2 carrots
- 2 red chillies (optional)
- 500gms pork mince
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
METHOD:
- Cook rice
- Finely slice the spring onion. Crush the garlic
- Trim the ends of the snow peas and cut the carrots into thin slices
- In a bowl, combine the pork mince, spring onion, ½ of the garlic, 2 tbsp soy sauce and honey.
- Shape into small meat balls
- In a wok, add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Saute the carrots and snow peas.
- In medium frying pan, add 2 tbsp of olive oil, and cook the meatballs for 8 minutes.
- Serve the meatballs with the vegetable mix.
