Seasame Smoked Salmon Salad

INGREDIENTS:
- 80gms smoked salmon
- 1 chopped red capsicum
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced in rings
- 4-5 large lettuce leaves
- 1/3 punnet cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Sprinkle of seasame seeds
METHOD
- Shake the lemon juice and olive oil together
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add the dressing on top
- Sprinkle with seasame seeds
- Eat immediately
