INGREDIENTS:

  • 100 gms Deli Ham
  • 4-5 purple cabbage leaves
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 4-5 large lettuce leaves
  • 1/3 punnet cherry tomatoes or 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

METHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
  2. Eat immediately
