Oats with blueberries and walnuts

Walnuts are a great superfoods as they are loaded with omega 3 healthy fats and I have reminded you about the anti-oxidant properties of blueberries previously. What a great combination.
Serves: 1
Time taken: 10 minutes
Ingredients
1/4 cup rolled oats
300 mls of water
1/4 cup frozen berries
1/2 tbsp chopped walnuts (nuts can be eliminated if allergic, and extra frozen berries added)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
200 mls of milk
Method:
- Cook the oats with the water in the microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and cook again for 1-2 minutes until all the water is absorbed
- Stir in cinnamon, berries and walnuts
- Stir in milk
- Reheat to the temperature you like (as it gets cold after adding frozen berries)
