Breakfast Burrito

Wraps with chicken, avocado, cilantro and cheese. Chicken burrito

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 30 gms spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 50 gms ham, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 5 button mushrooms
  • 1/2 capsicum
  • 1 large wholemeal pita bread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. In a small fry pan, add olive oil and saute ham, spinach, onion, mushroom and capsicum for 4-5 mins until just cooked
  2. Warm pita bread in mircowave for 10 seconds
  3. Add ingredients on top, fold and eat immediately
