Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients:
- 30 gms spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 50 gms ham, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 5 button mushrooms
- 1/2 capsicum
- 1 large wholemeal pita bread
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- In a small fry pan, add olive oil and saute ham, spinach, onion, mushroom and capsicum for 4-5 mins until just cooked
- Warm pita bread in mircowave for 10 seconds
- Add ingredients on top, fold and eat immediately
