Module 6 review
In module 6, we were introduced to the “C” in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. It helped us identify some of the common  errors that we have in our thinking such as black and white thinking, mind reading, predicting the future, catastrophising and mental filtering. With practice, the model helped us put more realistic thinking patterns in place to help reduce the negative emotion and behaviours which are linked to these dysfunctional thoughts.
